TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The following terms and conditions govern all transactions with Stone Aurate.

1. Agreement Scope:
All transactions between Stone Aurate ("we") and the Client ("you") are bound by these terms and conditions. Any previous oral or written agreements are overridden by these terms. By placing an inquiry or submission leading to an accepted order, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

2. Sizing:
We provide one complimentary resizing for rings, covering up to one whole finger size. Please note that resizing is not available for eternity rings, titanium rings, and selected designs.

3. Refunds:
All payments made to Stone Aurate are non-refundable.

4. Bespoke Orders:
Due to the intensive production process, bespoke orders are final and cannot be cancelled or modified.

5. Made-to-Order Jewelry:
All pieces are made-to-order, with an estimated production timeline of approximately 6-8 weeks.
Made-to-order pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. If you wish to cancel a made-to-order piece (not custom), this must be done within 24 hours of order placement for a full refund. Beyond the 24-hour window, cancellations will not be accepted as production would have commenced.

6. Deposit and Commitment (Bespoke Pieces):
Commissioning a bespoke piece with Stone Aurate requires an upfront deposit of 50–80% of the total sale price. This deposit confirms your commitment to proceed with the design and production process.

7. Warranty:
We offer a 1-year warranty on all jewelry items. This warranty covers defects in craftsmanship or materials but excludes damages from misuse, impacts, accidental damage, and broken diamonds or gemstones.
