2. Consolidate your ideas and preferences (if any) before the appointment.

3. During your one-on-one consultation, we’ll guide you through styles, stones, and options, and take any size measurements needed.

Design & Production

4. We present our designs within 3-4 weeks. Based on your feedback, we make tweaks and finalise the design.

5. Meet for a 3D mold fitting session to visualise how it will look and feel.

6. Make the initial payment to kickstart the production process.

7. Your finished piece will typically be ready in 6–8 weeks, depending on the complexity of the design.

Collection

8. We will hand over your custom piece together with a care kit and tips to take care of your jewelry.

We work with natural diamonds, lab-grown diamonds, and a wide range of gemstones. As the list is extensive, we don’t list every option, but we’re able to source most stones upon request.

We don’t keep diamonds in stock, which allows us to offer competitive pricing and source each diamond specifically to match your preferences and design. For gemstones, we carry our own selection and can assist with sourcing based on your request.

For natural and lab-grown diamonds that are 0.3 carats and above, we offer a complimentary diamond certificate. This gemological certification is issued by the reputable GIA (Gemological Institute of America), and IGI (International Gemological Institute) respectively.

We handle these requests on a case-by-case basis. However, we generally don’t recommend using externally sourced gemstones. Our designs are closely developed in tandem with the gemstones we source ourselves, and we follow a stringent selection process to ensure quality and suitability. If a provided stone isn’t compatible with the discussed design, it may be difficult for us to move forward with the piece.

We don’t replicate designs from other brands out of respect for original craftsmanship. However, if you have a concept similar to our own styles, we’re happy to explore customization options with you.

Karat indicates the purity of gold in a piece. Here's a breakdown:

• 14K contains 58.5% pure gold.

• 18K contains 75% pure gold.

During our appointment, we offer ring size measurements to ensure the perfect fit.

If you prefer, you can also purchase a ring sizer from us to gauge your size at your convenience.

Our bespoke process includes 1-2 rounds of mold and size fittings to ensure a perfect fit. We offer a complimentary first-time alteration for slight deviations, but significant size changes may incur additional charges.

For custom rings without an initial ring size, we provide guidance to accommodate future resizing if needed.

Typically, it takes 6-8 weeks based on the intricacy of the design.

Yes we do. We provide engraving starting at S$40 for up to 15 characters.

Before we begin, we'll check if your piece is suitable for engraving and guide you through the process.

It's important to note that, based on the type of gemstone, some stones may not be suitable for the process and would need to be dismounted. We'll carefully assess and guide you through the best course of action.

For your convenience, we offer multiple payment methods:

• Bank Transfers

• Credit Card Payments: Please note there's an additional 3-4% processing fee for this method.

• Cash: Kindly note we accept cash amounts up to S$10,000.

Based on the nature of your project, we either request a full payment upfront or a 50% - 80% deposit when you place the order.

The remaining balance is settled upon picking up your items.

For international orders, the balance is due before we ship out your items.

Order Cancellation: For any Made-to-Order (non-custom) jewelry, you may cancel your order within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. As each piece is made to order, we are unable to accept cancellations after the 24-hour window.
