We work with natural diamonds, lab-grown diamonds, and a wide range of gemstones. As the list is extensive, we don’t list every option, but we’re able to source most stones upon request.

We don’t keep diamonds in stock, which allows us to offer competitive pricing and source each diamond specifically to match your preferences and design. For gemstones, we carry our own selection and can assist with sourcing based on your request.

For natural and lab-grown diamonds that are 0.3 carats and above, we offer a complimentary diamond certificate. This gemological certification is issued by the reputable GIA (Gemological Institute of America), and IGI (International Gemological Institute) respectively.

We work exclusively with gemstones from our own collection and trusted suppliers. This is to ensure quality, compatibility with the design, and for liability reasons throughout the production process. As each piece is developed closely around the gemstone, we’re unable to proceed with externally sourced stones.

We do not replicate designs from other brands as we want every piece we create to be original and true to our client’s story, but we can definitely use your references as inspiration to design something that is unique to you.

Consultation

1. Schedule an appointment with us.
2. Submit the Design Discovery form before the appointment.
3. During your one-on-one consultation, we’ll guide you through styles, stones, and options, and take any size measurements needed.

Design & Production

4. We present our designs around 8 weeks. Based on your feedback, we make tweaks and finalise the design.
5. Meet for a 3D mold fitting session to visualise how it will look and feel.
6. Make the deposit payment to kickstart the production process.
7. Your finished piece will typically be ready in 8 weeks, depending on the complexity of the design.

Collection

8. We will hand over your custom piece together with a care kit and tips to take care of your jewelry.
9. Make the final payment and enjoy your Stone Aurate jewelry!

Our bespoke process includes 1-2 rounds of mold and size fittings to ensure a perfect fit.

If you prefer, you can also purchase a ring sizer from us to gauge your size at your convenience.

Complimentary engraving is available for selected jewelry pieces created with Stone Aurate, subject to design suitability.

We offer a 1-year warranty on all jewelry pieces purchased from Stone Aurate. The warranty covers defects in workmanship or materials.

The following are considered normal wear and are not manufacturing defects. These conditions are not covered under warranty:

• Surface scratches
  
• Worn prongs
  
• Bent settings
  
• Thinning of metal over time
  
• Stone loss resulting from worn or damaged settings
  
• Damage caused by accidental impact, misuse, improper care, or exposure to chemicals
  
• Modifications or repairs carried out by another jeweler
  

Warranty eligibility is determined after inspection of the jewelry. If the issue is not covered under warranty, we'll provide a quotation for your approval before proceeding. No billable work will begin without your confirmation.

Aftercare services are available exclusively for jewelry created by Stone Aurate.

It's important to note that, based on the type of gemstone, some stones may not be suitable for the process and would need to be dismounted. We'll carefully assess and guide you through the best course of action.

• Ring Resizing
We offer one complimentary ring resizing of up to one full finger size within 30 days of purchase, subject to design suitability. This service may not be available for certain ring designs.

We'll assess your jewelry and advise on the most appropriate repair or service before proceeding. No billable work will begin without your confirmation.

Some repairs may not be suitable if the structure of the jewelry has been significantly worn or damaged. In these situations, a complete remake may be recommended instead of a partial repair to restore the piece to the same standard of durability and security.

If a remake is recommended outside of warranty coverage, we'll provide a quotation for your approval before any work begins.

For your convenience, we offer multiple payment methods:

• Credit Card Payments: Please note there's an additional 3-4% processing fee for this method.

Based on the nature of your project, we either request a full payment upfront or a 50% - 80% deposit when you place the order.

The remaining balance is settled upon collection.

Bespoke pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Made-to-Order pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Order Cancellation: For any Made-to-Order (non-custom) jewelry, you may cancel your order within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. As each piece is made to order, we are unable to accept cancellations after the 24-hour window.
